A life spent with my hands in Cork soil
I was born and raised in County Cork, and for over fifty years I have tended my family’s garden under soft Atlantic rain. I learned from my mother and grandmother, from the seasons and from many a kind neighbour, and today I share here every simple way of growing that this green, damp corner of Ireland has taught me.
